After... instruction I felt ready and equipped to bartend.This is an update about two years later. All of the above mentioned information is correct. It should be noted that many restaurants/bars do not give a lot of credit to bartending schools. I have been employed with a restaurant as a bartender for two years now and the only reason they let me bartend was because I was retrained by their head bartender. That being said, I still had a lot better skill, level and knowledge level than any of the other bartenders, we hired, and I am the go to bartender for drinks that are off our menu, and I give credit to Raleigh Bartending School.
